Surrey Nature Consult Ltd is a United Kingdom–based development consultancy delivering professional services across diverse global contexts. We work with governments, communities, development agencies, and the private sector to design and implement solutions that strengthen systems, build resilience, and support sustainable development outcomes.

Martin Mulongo is a development practitioner with extensive experience designing and managing programmes across water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH), agriculture and food security, environment and climate change, governance, and humanitarian response. His work spans policy development, programme design, monitoring and evaluation, and institutional strengthening in diverse and often fragile contexts.
He has collaborated with governments, development partners, NGOs, and community organisations to deliver evidence-based solutions that improve service delivery, strengthen systems, and support inclusive, climate-resilient development. Martin brings a practical, partnership-driven approach grounded in integrity, local ownership, and long-term impact.
